Heres the problem. I have a dell dimension that I reinstalled the whole OS and clean installed. Everything is good to go… BUT both my multi audio controller and (NIC) ethernet controller drivers are not installed. To make it worse i dont have the cd’s for them otherwise i wouldnt have this question. So the situation is i have no sound and no connection to the internet so i cant download any drivers. Im on my itouch to ask this question. So how do we solve the anomaly. The rule is 1. Fix without leaving the house. The (NIC is manufactured by Madjack… Integrated. Sound card is 24live… Let the thinking begin (muhahhahahahahha) evil laugh.
Idk why this is in social science but i do have 3 dell cd’s. Power dvd, xp installation and monitor manual. Hope that made it harder.
first, I don’t think u r having this problem right now,..or u would not be so keen on making it sound so hard.. second, this is on social science cause u asked “test ur knowledge”…third if u r so keen on solving the prob then repost it on computers category…
most importantly, i’d call down a service person to solve the prob, or don’t know much, but would try to connect to net through my cell phone and see if the drivers can b downloaded..or call a someone I know has those cds…whatever I do I won’t be asking the question on Net if I don’t have the primary requisits…
