Building a gaming computer?
I’m building a gaming computer and i wanted to know how this sounds heres the specs:

I’m thinking of SLIing and I’ll be using dual monitors and running xp 64-bit (until all the kinxs are out of vista)
looks decent. three things though.
are you planning to overclock that Q6600? If not you’ll likely find the E8400/8500 better from a purely gaming point of view.
Secondly, if you’re going to be SLI’ing 9800’s, you may want to step your power supply up a bit Just to be safe.
and finally… for the love of god STAY AWAY from xp 64-bit. You think Vista 64-bit has problems? You haven’t seen anything till youve seen 64-bit XP struggle against it’s creators cruel design
